CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an HR Administrator, you will support the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in a relevant HR-related position. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, and personnel files in line with labour legislation.            
  • Provide one-on-one employee support when needed.
  • Oversee compliance with labour laws, company procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through supportive HR practices.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Managing employee records and maintaining the HR database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, policies, and company updates.
  • Handling general HR inquiries and directing employees to the appropriate resources.
  • Responsible for managing the immigration process for employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing support throughout the immigration journey.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Approximately 2+ of experience in a relevant HR related position is a must.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR software or HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
