CareerFinders, on behalf of our client an established Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licenced by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR & Administration Officer (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an HR & Administration Officer, you will provide key support to Senior Management with core HR duties and responsibilities, as well as handling day-to-day office administration tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field, who possess approximately 2+ of relevant professional experience. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, with excellent organisational and administration skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare job descriptions for new vacancies.
  • Publish any new vacancies and collect CVs of potential candidates.
  • Filter CVs and provide to the relevant departmental manager for review.
  • Arrange and participate in interviews.
  • Present an introductory presentation to the new hires.
  • Keep records of holidays.
  • Register and keep records of trainings and seminars.
  • Arrange and keep records of yearly appraisals.
  • Arrange and coordinate corporate events.
  • Assist in the administration tasks of the office.
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes when necessary.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field is desirable.
  • Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
  • Any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently well as part of a team.
  • Proactive and efficient, with strong organizational skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined approach to administration and record keeping.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Conscientious, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
