CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly reputable and long-standing Group operating in the Travel & Tourism sector, we are seeking to recruit a Group Travel Coordinator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Group Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for the sales, planning, and execution of group travel programs, ensuring seamless logistics, outstanding customer service, and memorable travel experiences for clients. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or another related field, who possess at least 2+ years of experience in travel related operations. Fluency in both Greek and English is a must, and familiarity with travel booking systems is essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all aspects of group travel from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
  • Prepare and present tailor-made proposals for group tours, incentive trips, and special interest programs.
  • Manage bookings, supplier communications, and logistical arrangements.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and local partners to secure the best services and rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure each program runs smoothly.
  • Handle client communication and provide high-quality support throughout the travel process.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Travel & Tourism or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in travel related operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport).
