CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established hospitality group, operating a number of hotels and resorts across Cyprus and beyond, we are seeking to recruit a Group Marketing & Communications Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Marketing efforts of the Group including advertising, communication, content, imagery, and all seasonal or daily activities, as well as working closely with the Head of Digital, for digital Marketing strategy and execution. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess 5+ years of relevant experience leading the Marketing division of a company operating in the hospitality field. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be flexible to travel as needed for work assignments. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, and working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with different business units within the company, leading the marketing team while supporting and coordinating internal departments such as (but not limited to), Brand management, Operations/F&B, Sales and Revenue, Sustainability and Quality.
  • Work jointly with all the stakeholders, for the execution of the Brand strategy of the Group at all levels.
  • Evaluate the impact of the branding strategy and is responsible for the effective response to the markets.
  • Follow-up Marketing trends evaluation; existing & emerging opportunities.
  • Be actively involved in the development of a creative briefs/guidelines/campaign/promotion objectives.
  • Lead the communications on agreed business goals and create/implement the most effective communication strategy.
  • Identification & selection of appropriate communication touchpoints.
  • Planning and coordinating Events and PR activities.
  • Build, present, and agree the marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, as part of the original Marketing Plan or on an ad-hoc level.
  • Ensure that the website (together with the digital Marketing Manager), the promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
  • Identify gaps and propose strategic plans on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Be willing to travel, as necessary to ensure that the job responsibilities are carried out effectively.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree holder in one of the following fields, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience leading the Marketing division of a company operating in the hospitality field.
  • Proven experience in developing quality luxury lifestyle content, preferable within the tourism sector.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable marketing results.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work assignments.
