CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a prestigious Hospitality & Real Estate Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering visual communication, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for designing assets for the Resort’s Food & Beverage offerings, and assisting with logo and branding initiatives, whilst reinforcing the Resort’s visual identity across all channels. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related Applied Arts field, who possess approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and other digital content creation tools. Fluency in both verbal and written English is a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develops creative assets for the Resort (and all its elements) marketing needs, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
  • Works closely with the Marketing Team to develop campaigns, promotional material, branding items and on-property signage aligned with the annual marketing plan.
  • Supports upcoming projects involving external agencies while being able to provide feedback and act as a brand guardian when it comes to 3rd parties in general.
  • Assists in logo and brand identity creation, contributing ideas, design drafts, and revisions for new Resort initiatives, departments, or sub-brands.  
  • Ensures all creative work reflects the Resort’s tone, positioning, and standards across print and digital touchpoints.
  • Involved in brainstorm and marketing ideas.
  • Designs digital content including social media graphics for campaigns, website assets, online banners, newsletters, and display ads.
  • Produces print-ready materials such as brochures, menus, posters, event collaterals, wayfinding, and signage.
  • Maintains a tidy, organised visual asset library and ensures correct filing of all design files.
  • Prepares and exports design files accurately for suppliers, production, and print, ensuring technical specifications are met.
  • Reviews all visual materials to spot errors or inconsistencies before publication or production.
  • Proactively identifies solutions to improve processes, for example, by managing multiple rounds of feedback efficiently and streamlining approval workflows.
  • Keeps all digital and print assets up to date and accessible for internal teams and external partners.
  • Writes and edits short-form copy, when necessary, in both Greek and English to support visual concepts (e.g., taglines, captions, small UI text).
  • Maintains high standards of accuracy, spotting mistakes in layouts, text, or design elements before delivery.
  • Contributes ideas to make design and approval processes more efficient, helping the team achieve faster, higher-quality outcomes.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Graphic Design or a related Applied Arts field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva, WordPress and digital content creation tools (motion graphics/video editing experience is considered an asset).
  • Fluency in English and Greek, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, set priorities and deliver on time, while maintaining strong creative quality.
  • Creative mindset, strong aesthetic awareness, and ability to translate strategy into compelling visual solutions.
