CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests in the online domain, we are seeking to recruit a Google Ads Specialist to join their growing teams based in either Nicosia or Paphos. The chosen candidate will be responsible for building, managing and optimising campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and ROI. Our client is seeking a data-driven person, who can both run and analyse A/B tests, as well as perform competitor analysis and audits spotting inefficiencies to uncover opportunities for growth. Our client is seeking applicants who hold a BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Management, or any related fields, who possess a minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Own, plan, and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and measurable results.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain scalable, well-structured, and efficient campaigns.
  • Analyze performance and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Write and optimize ad copy to improve CTR, relevance, and overall performance.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other elements to improve results.
  • Perform audits to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure compliant and smooth campaign execution.


Key Skills/Experience:

  • BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search/Measurement) are a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with the Google Ads interface, reporting, and campaign workflows.
  • Experience with automation and bulk tools (Google Ads API, Scripts, Ads Editor) is a plus.
  • Experience with GTM, GA4 tracking, and conversion measurement.
  • Familiarity with Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Familiarity with PPC/SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, etc.).
  • Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization principles.
  • Experience running A/B testing initiatives.
  • Strong copywriting skills for high-performing ads.
