Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Rapidly prototype and develop functional PoCs based on evolving ideas and internal needs.
• Work across the stack to create simple but effective implementations.
• Explore and integrate new technologies, APIs, and tools.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to refine experimental ideas.
• Maintain clean and modular code that can be extended or re-used.
• Balance speed with quality to deliver high-impact results in short cycles.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Strong full stack development skills, comfortable with both frontend and backend.
• Strong knowledge of either Python and/or C++.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks including React, Next.js and/or Node.js is highly desirable.
• Ability to build fast, light, and functional prototypes.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and willingness to explore uncharted territory.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for programming, tinkering, and building new things.
• Curiosity and flexibility in trying new approaches, libraries, and tools.
