CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ leading pharmaceutical companies, whose products are distributed globally, we are seeking to recruit a Front Line Supervisor to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Front Line Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and promote the company's pharmaceutical products. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field, who possess approximately 5+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally gained working with cardiology-related products. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary, 14th Salary, Provident Fund, and Medical Insurance.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Generate prescriptions based on product priority, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality presentations and product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and team activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally gained working with cardiology-related products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
