Front-End Developer (Angular)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialist Research & Development company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Front-End Developer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Front-End Developer, you will primarily be responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly web applications, collaborating closely with a cross-functional development team. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field, who possess approximately 5+ years of experience with modern SPA frameworks, preferably Angular. You will need to hold expert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS, as well as strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design
and develop scalable web applications using Angular v19+.
- Create
efficient, reusable, and maintainable code components.
- Implement
responsive design principles for cross-platform compatibility.
- Collaborate
with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to translate design concepts
into functional interfaces.
- Optimize
application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug
and troubleshoot Front-End issues.
- Write
and maintain unit tests for application components.
- Participate
in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Approximately
5+ years of experience with modern SPA frameworks (Angular, React, Vue,
etc.) preferably Angular.
- Strong
proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Expert
knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Experience
with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Proficiency
with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge
of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, or Grunt).
- Familiar
with testing frameworks.
- Experience
with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap is desirable.
- Knowledge
of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge
of NestJS is advantageous.
- Experience
working with Docker is a plus.
