CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Audit & Accounting services to a broad range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Administrator to join their team based in the heart of Nicosia. As a Front-Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner, handling incoming telephone calls, issuing invoices, and providing general administrative support to the Managing Director. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another relevant field, and will need to possess previous experience in a relevant administration-focused position. Excellent communication skills both Greek & English are essential, along with sound knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Answer telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Issuing invoices.
  • Work with spreadsheets.
  • Assist with filing of corporate and business-related documentation.
  • Place orders for the needs of the office through various vendors and ensure the office is stocked appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Polite and pleasant personality.
