CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Real Estate Group, offering a range of services including Property Management here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Front-Desk Administrator, you serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, coordinating administrative support, and assisting with daily office activities to ensure efficient business operations. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess proven experience in a similar front office, administrative, or customer service role. Excellent communication skills both Greek & English are essential, along with strong administration and organisational skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
  • Handing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Managing and booking outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support as required.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Polite and pleasant personality.
