CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Law Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, organising couriers, welcoming clients and visitors to the office, and providing secretarial support to Management as required. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another relevant field, and possess previous experience within a similar administrative role. Excellent communication skills both Greek & English are essential, and any knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package which includes Medical Insurance, Provident Fund and Friday Afternoon’s off.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
  • Handing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Managing and booking outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Arranging meetings/conferences and schedules interviews/appointments.
  • Providing secretarial support as required.
  • Working with the administration team, providing support to one another when necessary.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
  • Previous experience within a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
  • Good command of Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Polite and pleasant personality.
