CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading, luxury Hotel & Resort, we are seeking to recruit a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and manage all food and beverage operations to exceed guest expectations, whilst ensuring adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards across all F&B areas. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or another related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in F&B management preferably within a luxury hotel or resort. A proven track record in managing day-to-day operations within the Food and Beverage sector, with a focus on optimizing performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiency is essential. Fluency in Greek and English is a must and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards across all F&B areas.
  • Recruit, supervise and develop team members, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labour, food, and beverage costs.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to improve profitability.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, such as promotions, special events, and upselling.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for food and beverage procurement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control procedures.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management (or related field).
  • 3+ years of experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS software.
