CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies offering facilities management services, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and organized Facilities Management Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and scheduling of both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks with subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. This role involves close collaboration with subcontractors to oversee cleaning, guarding, and electromechanical services, ensuring they meet client expectations and safety standards. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of previous relevant experience gained working in facilities or maintenance management. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary and Provident Fund.
