Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential clients and provide tailored specification packages (samples, displays, and collateral).
• Assist in the preparation of detailed facade tender packages.
• Interpret architectural drawings and provide layout suggestions for HPL and other façade systems.
• Carry out site measurements and solve technical issues in coordination with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and manage installation schedules; supervise subcontractors and installation teams on site.
• Resolve technical issues during on-site installation and ensure project execution meets quality standards.
• Provide input on facade design, documentation, and engineering as required by each project.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
• Previous experience in facade consulting or project management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HPL and/or ACP materials is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.
