CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialised Alternative Investment Manager with significant experience in the Real Estate sector, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Manager to join their marketing and sales function. As an Executive Manager, you will support the CEO by strengthening marketing and sales effectiveness across all business units, including Real Estate and Credit. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or another relevant field, and holders of professional marketing or digital marketing certifications like CIM, IDM, Google, HubSpot, are encouraged to apply. You will need to possess approximately 10+ years experience in marketing, brand, or commercial leadership roles and/or 5+ years’ experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales strategy. Experience managing complex, multi-department teams in a multi-business or multi-market environment is essential, and exposure to Real Estate or Financial Services marketing will be considered an advantage. This is a Cyprus-based role with frequent international travel. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Translate the CEO's marketing and sales vision into operational and strategic plans across all business units.
  • Provide strategic input on growth plans for each business unit and overall group priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and decision reports for the CEO.
  • Follow up on CEO directives to ensure timely and measurable implementation.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales teams’ performance across the group, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across campaigns and channels.
  • Oversee the planning and prioritisation of marketing budgets and resources across business units.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Events, Content, Sales/BDM teams, and other departments.
  • Resolve inter-departmental conflicts and align leadership teams on KPIs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of marketing and sales information to the CEO.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and operational metrics for Marketing & Sales, including campaign ROI, lead generation, and sales funnel performance.
  • Review reports, track delivery against budgets, timelines, and strategic goals.
  • Escalate risks or underperformance to the CEO when required.
  • Lead CEO-directed Marketing & Sales initiatives, including restructuring, expansion, digitalisation, and CRM/marketing automation projects.
  • Manage confidential or sensitive assignments.
  • Drive adoption of best practice and process improvements across Marketing & Sales functions.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Professional marketing or digital marketing certifications are advantageous (e.g., CIM, IDM, Google, HubSpot).
  • 10+ years in marketing, brand, or commercial leadership roles.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales strategy.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-department teams in a multi-business or multi-market environment.
  • Exposure to Real Estate or Financial Services marketing is a plus.
