Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Be a member of the company’s Board of Directors and management team and share in the responsibility of the company's strategy going forward.
• Direct and manage core activities of the company including Legal, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Operations.
• Oversee and improve all operational systems, processes and controls in order to support better the management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Establish, implement and oversee organizational and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary.
• Reviews the back-office activities in order to ensure that all accounts are created and activated accurately following the Know your Clients procedure and Due Diligence checks.
• Ensures the prompt, professional and efficient service to existing and potential clients.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness of all relevant operations and support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives proper. Provide training and support to all subordinates. 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management function within a CySEC Regulated Investment Firm.  
• Strong Legal Background.
• Knowledge of and experience in Finance, Compliance and Regulatory matters.
• CySEC certification holder.
• Knowledge of all operating functions of Cyprus Investment firms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in leading complex teams and with the ability to influence and motivate complex teams both virtually and directly.
• Proven ability to deliver work in a timely manner.
