CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Fintech company that has developed a state-of-the-art solution that helps businesses accept payments and ensure a smooth purchase experience for their clients, we are seeking to recruit an Enterprise Sales Specialist (Payments) to join their growing team based in Cyprus. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist (Payments), you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and pain points in their payment processing, and then tailoring the best value proposition for each client to boost revenue and/or reduce costs. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 3+ years of commercial experience in a top-tier Fintech/Payments Company in a Sales and/or Business Development role, who are fluent in both verbal and written English, with excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, and excellent commission/bonus structure. Fully remote working options are on offer for this position within Cyprus, with the option to work from corporate offices in Nicosia if preferred.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Understand customer needs and pain points in their payment processing and monetization.
  • Tailor the best value proposition for each client to boost revenue and/or reduce costs.
  • Engage prospective clients about products offerings, including Gateways, Chargebacks, Antifraud, Subscriptions, and more.
  • Supervise the compliance process and technical integration of clients with the platform.
  • Monitor client target metrics after launching in production, ensuring their success and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in a top-tier Fintech/Payments Company in a Sales and/or Business Development role.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
  • A knack for analytical thinking.
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing shifting workloads effectively.
  • Committed to continuous learning and taking pride in your work.
