Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and panels.
• Diagnose electrical faults using testing devices and repair or replace defective components.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Upgrade existing electrical systems to meet modern power and energy-efficiency requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety checks.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Proven experience working on residential or commercial electrical systems and installations.
• Prior experience working with Photovoltaic systems will be considered an advantage.
• Prior experience with home automation systems will be considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and wiring standards.
• Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift equipment.
• Holder a valid driver’s licence.
