Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Conducts customer needs analysis and consult sales team.
• Cooperates smoothly with Sales, Engineering and Technical staff team throughout projects.
• Monitors installation/project progress ensuring deadlines are met.
• Performs computer simulation of systems performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.
• Develops design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components/studies.
• Attends to social/corporate events that could be held outside normal working hours within the workplace and other venues.
• Has in-depth technical knowledge about the products, functioning and their pros and cons and carries out trainings to members of the team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations.
• Attends to trainings and health and safety meetings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Carries out Project studies including risk assessments.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
• Excellent client service skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
