CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly reputable and long-standing Group operating in the Travel & Tourism sector, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of the websites our client operates, ensuring content remains fresh, inspiring, and relevant to audiences. As part of your role, you will also own the social media presence of the brands, including strategy and storytelling, including paid campaigns. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, who possess hands-on experience in digital marketing, via either full-time experience, or a strong internship. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be familiar with tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, and/or Mailchimp. This represents an outstanding opportunity for an aspiring digital marketing professional to join a true market leader in their field.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Take full ownership of websites — keeping content fresh, inspiring, and relevant for both travel and corporate audiences.
  • Own the social media presence — from strategy and storytelling to reels and paid campaigns.
  • Create scroll-stopping newsletters that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Manage digital ads across Google and Meta platforms to grow visibility and reach.
  • Use AI tools, Canva, or Adobe Express to design engaging visual content.
  • Monitor campaign results and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to launch aligned, effective campaigns.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and presence across all digital touchpoints.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience or a strong internship in digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp.
  • An eye for design and comfort using Canva, Adobe Express, or AI-powered content tools.
  • A data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
