CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly expanding online training institute which provides high demand courses and certifications in the fields of IT, Business, Compliance, and Finance, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and boosting conversions. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, and possess proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will need to have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar, and be familiar with CMS platforms including WordPress. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and rankings.
  • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, or similar platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
