Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes.
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
• Devise, implement and run innovative campaigns line with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target.
• Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.
• Reporting monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics agreed.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance.
• Set out online objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in coordination with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain web analytics processes.
• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
• Research and administering social media tools in support of social media strategy.
• Set realistic goals in coordination with business objectives.
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
• Create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Compile report for Management showing results (ROI).

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Marketing, Communications, PR or similar is desirable.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience gained working in the FX industry is a must.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to SEM.
• Proven experience in SEM, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in the English Language.
