Digital Marketing Executive
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and rapidly expanding Group of Companies operating in the Real Estate sector across Cyprus and abroad, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for building a Social Media strategy and Marketing Plan, as well as developing and implementing a social editorial calendar to manage day-to-day posting on a variety of social media platforms. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement. Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including web analytics, as well as the ability to interpret data to drive decisions is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build a Social Media strategy and Marketing Plan.
- Develop and implement a social editorial calendar
to manage day-to-day posting, on social media accounts across Facebook, X,
YouTube and Instagram.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content
& assets on social media, this includes images, videos, GIFs, stories,
written copy & much more.
- Partner with the marketing team to understand how
to leverage content for social audiences.
- Engage influencers and be a key point of contact
for campaigns.
- Maintain a dashboard to track impact of various
campaigns and adopt a data-driven mindset towards audience building
campaigns.
- Budget management, including preparing costings
and producing spending updates throughout a campaign.
- Define KPIs, measurement, analytics, and
reporting methods to measure success.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required
by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Relevant studies in Advertising,
Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, or other closely related
fields.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in social
media marketing with proven success in delivering strong organic growth,
user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting
skills.
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including
web analytics.
- The ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Creative, positive, ‘out of the box’ thinker who
likes to take initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English
languages (written and spoken).
- Team player who is results driven and self-motivated.
