Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with account-related issues including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and verification (KYC).
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service. 
• Stay updated on betting markets, promotions, and industry regulations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Previous experience in Customer Support is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift-patterns.
