CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialist Consulting company offering administrative support services, primarily within the Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset industries, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Customer Support Officer, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of client service in relation to any queries, issues and or/complaints they may have. You will need to hold relevant experience within a customer support position, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any previous experience working in the Cryptocurrency industry will be considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Knowing products inside and out to answer questions.
  • Writing product guides to reduce common customer queries.
  • Collaborating with the development team to resolve customer issues.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Previous experience with 1st line customer support is a must.
  • Experience of working in the Cryptocurrency industry will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent client service skills are essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Great problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to handling issues and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
