The successful applicant will be part of our client’s customer support team, playing a crucial role in assisting clients with their needs and ensuring they have a seamless experience with their products. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Business, or another relevant field, who possess proven experience in a customer support or technical support role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users are a must, and familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide top-notch customer support to clients (Forex & Crypto brokerages) by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
  • Log and track issues reported by clients, ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Work closely with other teams, including development and product teams, to resolve client issues and improve products.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to manage their expectations and provide updates on issue resolution.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand how to use products effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or another relevant field is desirable, but not essential. 
  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with clients, ensuring a positive support experience.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required, as support is provided to clients in different time zones.
