CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Multi-Asset Broker with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support & Back Office Assistant (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As part of your role, you will respond to open client helpdesk tickets, email queries and live chat, collect and approve KYC documentation on behalf of clients, and assist with allocating client deposits and executing withdrawals in a timely manner. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 1+ year of experience in a relevant role, who possess excellent client service skills. Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential, with any knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to open client helpdesk tickets, email queries and live chat.
  • Collection and approval of KYC documents.
  • Assist with allocating client deposits and executing withdrawals in a timely manner.
  • Assign clients to relevant departments for more timely support as needed.
  • Provide general assistance for the smooth running of the Back Office and Support Departments.
  • Assist with the setup of IB campaigns.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant role is a must.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Full fluency in verbal and written English to a professional level.
  • Any knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Adaptability to handle various customer needs and challenges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
