CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a High Technology company that developed and published a cutting-edge fitness mobile application, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, engaging with users across all support channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our client is seeking applicants who possess prior experience in a relevant Customer Support role, and who speak a native, or near-native level of English. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Familiarity with iOS and/or Android operating systems is required, with a passion for fitness considered a real plus. Working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday, with the potential for part-time hours for the right applicants.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Be active on a daily basis across all customer support channels, including app communities, providing timely, helpful, and professional user support.
  • Fully manage the FAQ domain (update/remove answers, restructure content, and more).
  • Gather user feedback from customer inquiries.
  • Identify and report bugs/issues to the relevant team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Identify common customer issues and recommend process improvements.


Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Prior experience in a relevant Customer Support role is essential.
  • A native or near-native level of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or Android operating systems.
  • Familiarity with fitness-related platforms or apps is highly desirable.
  • Experience working for a tech or mobile app company would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Active and tech-aware mobile user.
