Customer Service Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of innovative architectural finishes, with offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team based in Paphos. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, preparing offers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Our client is seeking applicants who possess experience in customer service, or a similar client support role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset as essential along with the ability to prepare clear and accurate client offers/quotations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information
about company products and solutions.
- Prepare and send
offers/quotations to clients.
- Handle customer complaints and
work towards effective resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate
records of customer interactions and offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to customer service
process improvements.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in customer
service or client support role preferred.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving
abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to prepare clear and
accurate client offers/quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and
CRM systems (or other relevant tools).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
