CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, and with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solutions Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Working closely with Senior Management, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of accounting, reporting, and compliance services for designated Cyprus-registered clients of the company. You will need to be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, and should be a full member of a recognised accounting body. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, with any prior experience working for a Top 4 Audit & Accounting Firm considered an advantage. You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and be a confident user of a local accounting software, such as E-Soft. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of accounting, reporting, and compliance services for designated client accounts, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Supervise and guide accounting team members assigned to support their professional development, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Support implementation of best accounting practices, adoption of new technologies, and process enhancements in the delivery of digital accounting services to clients.
  • Review IFRS accounting work performed by accountants, in line with accounting processes and procedures in place.
  • Review VIES and VAT returns to the authorities accurately and on time.
  • Prepare detailed agendas for client meetings, including relevant documents and materials.
  • Prepare proposals for new clients and prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial and client-centric culture within the team.
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries relating to accounting deliverables.
  • Foster positive relationships with client contacts through responsive service, tailored support, and proactive identification of issues.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience working for a Top 4 Audit & Accounting Firm will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting software, such as E-Soft.
  • Openness to work with new technologies, multi-task and vary priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English is a must.
  • Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently for timely delivery of work under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
