CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly successful entrepreneur with diverse business interests, including owning and operating a boutique Law Firm, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate & Private Executive Assistant to support both his professional and personal affairs. The role involves providing comprehensive support in multiple areas including household family assistance, property maintenance supervision, travel and logistics, along with crucial business support. This role requires a proactive, discreet, and highly efficient professional capable of overseeing executive and personal schedules, office operations, and high-level coordination. You will therefore need to possess a minimum of 5+ years of previous experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, and/or Personal Affairs Manager, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and oversee the owner’s corporate calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization of commitments.
  • Draft and respond to office emails, calls, and messages.
  • Manage business and personal itineraries.
  • Liaise with third parties and service providers.
  • Manage reception tasks, office supplies, and cleaning schedules.
  • Maintain office filing system, ensuring organization, confidentiality, and accessibility.
  • Handle petty cash and oversee office-related expenses.
  • Organize the owner’s personal and family schedule, including medical and social engagements.
  • Oversee home management, maintenance and repairs in coordination with the housekeeper.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers and manage property-related requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for children’s activities, school appointments, and family-related support when needed.
  • Ensure the timely supply of essential household and private items when required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant and/or Personal Affairs Manager in a corporate or private setting.
  • Strong background in executive support and/or household management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in property/household management and vendor coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and IT skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism, with experience handling sensitive business and personal matters.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
