As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and communications strategies to promote the firm's services, enhance its brand image, and engage with clients, business partners and other key stakeholders. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields, who possess 2+ years of relevant experience gained working in the Corporate and/or Financial Services sector. Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools is essential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, including strong copywriting and editing abilities. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and drive growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including internal or external communications (email), the firm’s website, newsletters, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels. Ensure all content is consistent with the firm’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Oversee the firm’s digital footprint and relevant initiatives, including email, SEO, SEM, Linkedin, other.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of firm’s digital mediums and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and development of the company website.
  • Develop, edit, and publish engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour to improve site navigation and user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and compelling copy for firm communications, including email, newsletters, brochures, case studies, white papers, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with internal/external subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into easily understandable content.
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of communication strategies with business development efforts.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant professional experience gained working in the Corporate and/or Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
