As part of your role, you will provide administrative, client service, and front-office support as required, to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, and the effective delivery of high-quality fiduciary and corporate services. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, with any previous experience in a corporate, fiduciary, or professional services environment is considered an advantage. You will need to have strong organisational and administrative skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support in the daily handling of Cyprus and foreign entities (companies, trusts, foundations), under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents, forms, and corporate records.
  • Support onboarding processes including collection and organisation of KYC and due diligence documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing (electronic and physical) in line with internal procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring that client files and records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the monitoring of deadlines and compliance obligations (e.g. filings, renewals, updates).
  • Follow internal procedures, policies, and regulatory guidance at all times.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, organise refreshments, and support meeting logistics.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception and office area.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a corporate, fiduciary, or professional services environment is considered an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of corporate services and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital environment.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
