CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Corporate & Legal Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. In this role, the successful applicant will handle a range of corporate administration duties, including the drafting of various agreements, and working with the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities, preparing, and submitting necessary forms for corporate changes. An academic background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field will be considered a plus, and you will possess approximately 1-3 years of proven experience in Corporate Administration. Knowledge of Zygos software will be considered an advantage, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily on-going administration, perform general administrator duties, such as preparing and filing of documents.
  • Drafting of contracts, POA, resolutions, AGM, notices, etc...
  • Review of legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Agreements (e.g. Loan, Share Purchase, Subordination etc) and Resolutions.
  • Processing of primary documents and entering the info into the database (Zygos).
  • Working with the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities, preparing, and submitting necessary forms for corporate changes, obtaining certificates.
  • Incorporation of companies in different jurisdictions; Responsible for the statutory files of companies.
  • Translation of documents and other translation duties as may be assigned.
  • Communication with various associates, lawyers, auditors, and governmental authorities.
  • Communication with local and international banks.
  • Preparation of documents/ forms for submission to banks.
  • Knowledge of KYC and DD requirements, review and collection of KYC and due diligence documents, assistance to the Head Compliance Officer in this respect.
  • Working with software: Wisebos, Zygos and World Check.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Approximately 1-3+ years of proven experience in Corporate Administration is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus legislation in the field of corporate law and certification of documents for other countries.
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) and professional typing skills.
  • Knowledge of Zygos will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Greek.
  • Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment.

  • Strong work ethic, credibility and trustworthy.
