CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global Corporate & Fiduciary Services provider with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. As a Corporate Administrator, you will perform day-to-day administrative tasks for clients, in accordance with internal policies, service standards and local regulations. As part of your role, you will prepare, execute, process and store documents such as board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, and instruments. You will also liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant position, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for clients, in accordance with internal policies, service standards and local regulations.
  • Prepare, arrange execution, process and store documents such as board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, instruments.
  • Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (e.g. company incorporation, name application, changes of shareholders/directors/registered office/secretary/articles, submission of annual returns).
  • Maintaining corporate registers and monitoring changes.
  • Liaise with external advisers (lawyers, auditors etc).
  • Dealing with client onboarding, due diligence compliance in accordance with standards and local rules and regulations.
  • Assist with the opening and maintaining bank accounts in both local and international banking institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Work closely with the corporate and accounting teams, supporting each other to meet client needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies, and procedures, as well as agreed operational and control processes.
  • Support the team with any additional ad-hoc requests.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, is considered an advantage but not essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, in Corporate/Fiduciary Services.
  • Fluent in Greek and English language.
  • Knowledge of MS office is essential.
  • Very good organisational skills.
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Evidence of commitment to high standards of client service, based on understanding needs and delivering solutions.
