CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Fiduciary, Tax and Accounting firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their corporate and banking administration is executed with 100% accuracy, and in strict accordance with the latest laws and regulations. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will ideally possess approximately 3+ years of relevant experience providing corporate administration services. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, performance-related bonus, and provident fund. Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri) and from 08:00 – 14:00 each Wednesday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Access to the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies and preparation and submission of forms and resolutions.
  • Access, filling, submissions and updating to Compliance Suite system for corporate entities and individuals.
  • Filling UBO and Trust Public Registries.
  • Opening and updating of bank accounts.
  • Coordinate and support annual bank reviews and maintain up-to-date corporate documentation with banks and financial institutions.
  • KYC procedures.
  • Administrative support, managing corporate client files and conducting search as needed.
  • Handling corporate correspondence and communication with Lawyers, Clients, and Staff Members.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Preferably a holder of a University Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience providing corporate administration services.
  • Administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with related corporate systems will be an advantage.
