CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Law Firm offering services in the areas of Corporate Law, Financial Markets, and Corporate Administration Services and International Trusts, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Corporate Administrator, you will handle a range of duties, including assistance in the registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions including the UK, the preparation and submission of bank account applications, and liaising with clients via email, and telephone. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will ideally possess at least 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained working for a Law Firm or Corporate Services provider. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including a 13th salary, along with some flexibility with working hours.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, including the UK.
  • Preparation and submission of bank account applications including collection of relevant supporting documents.
  • Coordinate submission of forms and applications with various local authorities, including government portals Ariadni, Registrar of Companies.
  • Applying compliance and AML regulations of the compliance department.
  • Liaising with clients via emails, telephone, face-to-face meetings and conference calls.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Department.
  • Maintaining the register of members and monitoring changes.
  • Drafting of documents and monitoring of the procedure for corporate changes i.e., change of directors, secretary, shareholders, registered office, and registration and deregistration of pledges etc…
  • Arrange the certification and legalisation of various corporate documents.
  • Conducting due diligence on clients.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Preferably a holder of a University Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a local Corporate Service provider or Law Firm.
  • Newly Qualified Lawyers are welcome to apply, as well as strong administration professionals willing to learn Corporate Administration.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ready to commit to a full-time job on the long run.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and to be result oriented
