CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Group of Companies offering clients a range of corporate and legal services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for preparing and executing various legal and administrative documents on behalf of clients, including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, and Powers of Attorney. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience working for a Corporate Services Provider or Law Firm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with any knowledge of Russian, Arabic and/or Greek considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for communicating with clients in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Handling company’s formation for various jurisdictions.
  • Preparing and executing various secretarial services/documents of the Companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates as well as Powers of Attorney etc…
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and agents in different jurisdictions.
  • Handling client due diligence and KYC.
  • Support in the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance regime.
  • Creating/updating/maintaining all relevant records.
  • Liaise with banks in Cyprus and abroad for opening corporate and client accounts.
  • Responsible for preparing banking forms for opening and closing of bank accounts for clients in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Communicating with providers/agents of overseas Companies.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients for services rendered.
  • Undertake general office administration tasks within the department.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • 3+ years’ experience working for a Corporate Services Provider (ASP) or Law Firm as a Corporate Administrator.
  • Good knowledge and ability to understand contents of legal and corporate material.
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Computer Literate (Excel, MS Office applications).
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with any knowledge of Russian, Arabic and/or Greek considered an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Holder of EU passport or valid work permit in Cyprus.
