CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ leading Law Firms with offices across the country, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Corporate Administrator, you will handle a range of duties, including the registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, the preparation and submission of bank account applications, and liaising with clients via email, telephone, face-to-face meetings, and conference calls. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will ideally possess at least 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably gained working for a local Law Firm or Corporate Services provider, although newly qualified lawyers, as well as strong administration professionals will also be considered. Any knowledge of Zygos software is highly desirable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. A highly competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 - 15:30 each Friday.
