Reporting to the Head of the Corporate Department and Directors of the Group, the successful applicant will be responsible for the electronic and hardcopy filing of corporate certificates, and overall administration of the corporate files and other documents such as agreements, POA, resolutions etc. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience, with practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions, and familiarity with the incorporation procedure of foreign entities in offshore jurisdictions will be considered as an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, and knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plus.
