CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies offering a range of services including legal, consulting, and advisory services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Head of the Corporate Department and Directors of the Group, the successful applicant will be responsible for the electronic and hardcopy filing of corporate certificates, and overall administration of the corporate files and other documents such as agreements, POA, resolutions etc. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience, with practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions, and familiarity with the incorporation procedure of foreign entities in offshore jurisdictions will be considered as an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, and knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plus. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • General secretarial duties such as drafting, scanning letters, copying etc and maintaining an orderly filing system.
  • Responsible for the electronic filing and for the filing of the hardcopies of corporate certificates and overall administration of the corporate files and other documents (such as agreements, POA, resolutions etc).
  • Responsible for the collection and preparation of documents for the incorporation of companies and other certificates or agreements.
  • Drafting legal documents such as resolutions, minutes, share certificates, POA in accordance with Group’s templates and in accordance with instructions as provided by the legal team.
  • Manage the correspondence between the office and the clients.
  • Liaising with the Registrar of companies and any other government authority on behalf of clients.
  • Assisting in the monitoring and processing of invoices.
  • Any other administration work that might be needed on behalf of the clients and as instructed by the Head of Department or Directors.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions and familiarity with the incorporation procedure of foreign entities in offshore jurisdictions will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, and knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of Zygos would be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Personally responsible, highly organized, punctual, able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
