CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Corporate Services Provider, licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As part of your role, you will handle all company changes and maintain accurate statutory records, as well as monitor and update company information, including deadlines for tax and audited financial statement filings. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you must possess at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Corporate and/or Legal Administrator. A solid understanding of the Cyprus legal framework governing corporate and administrative services is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, with any knowledge of Russian considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handling all company changes and maintaining accurate statutory records.
  • Filing documents both electronically and in hard copy files.
  • Monitoring and updating company information, including deadlines for tax and audited financial statement filings.
  • Conducting due diligence checks and preparing related reports.
  • Drafting corporate resolutions and other standard legal documents.
  • Managing and updating the CRM system.
  • Communicating and meeting with clients, ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years relevant previous experience gained within the corporate department of either a Corporate/Fiduciary services provider or a Law firm is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies works.
  • Fluent knowledge of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
