CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Legal Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for accessing the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies and the preparation and submission of forms and resolutions on behalf of clients. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant field is desired, and you will need to possess approximately 3+ years of experience providing corporate administration services. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English and Greek, and experience with the Zygos software system or similar will be considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes an attractive salary, 13th salary, and provident fund.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Access the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies and preparation and submission of forms and resolutions.
  • Access, filling, submissions and updating to Zygos system for corporate entities and trusts.
  • Filling to UBO and Trust Public Registries.
  • Opening and updating of bank accounts.
  • Managing corporate client files, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and conducting search as needed.
  • KYC procedures.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Handling corporate correspondence and communication and supporting the lawyers of the corporate team as needed.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or another relevant field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience providing corporate administration services.
  • Experience with the Zygos software system or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
