CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading global professional services and business management provider, with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience in corporate administration, ideally gained working for a Corporate & Fiduciary Services provider. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, with knowledge of the Russian language considered a significant advantage. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience, and working hours are from either 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing and liaising with clients, government authorities and other authorities.
  • Dealing with company formations for Cyprus and foreign jurisdictions and company agents in various jurisdictions.
  • Supporting clients with corporate queries.
  • Preparing and filing all necessary documentation relating to corporate changes (e.g. changes of officers, registered address, change of name, etc.) with the relevant authorities and following up.
  • Maintaining corporate registers and monitoring changes.
  • Assisting with company restructuring and liquidations.
  • Collecting and reviewing clients’ KYC documentation and ensure that is complete and up-to-date at all times.
  • Support due diligence by conducting legal searches and other research, generating, and reviewing reports, writing up findings, reviewing and preparing other types of analysis and presentations.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating corporate documents, including but not limited to, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Board of Directors and/or Shareholders resolutions, Powers of Attorney, Trust Deeds, Share Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and other relevant documents.
  • Arranging for execution, certification, apostille and notarization of documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance department.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a high volume of statutory files and archive legal documents and certificates into databases.
  • Processing documentation related to the legal entities registered/managed by the firm for its clientele and entering the same into the Company Management System used by the Company.
  • Various other duties in line with the requirements of the role.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BSc in Business Administration, Law or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a fiduciary service provider.
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the Russian Language will be considered highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Possession of excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
