CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established Holding Company with a range of business interests and investments, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Corporate Administrator your core duties will include managing transactions across multiple bank accounts, preparing and updating corporate paperwork for submission to the Registrar of Companies, as well as providing general administrative support. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess approximately 1+ years of relevant professional experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are essential. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th and 14th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Managing transactions across multiple bank accounts, including payroll, payments to service providers, and internal fund transfers.
  • Coordinating with local and international banks for account setup, account management, and compliance with KYC requirements.
  • Preparing and updating corporate paperwork for submission to the Registrar of Companies and BO Registry.
  • Reviewing and organizing financial and legal documents during audits.
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers (lawyers, auditors etc).
  • Ensuring corporate compliance by maintaining and updating all required documentation.
  • Supporting the CFO with financial reporting and analysis.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • An academic background related to Law, Business Administration, Finance or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • 1+ year of relevant professional experience is essential.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Pleasant and approachable character.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of discretion and judgment.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and capable of organizing and prioritizing workload in order to meet timescales.
