CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Legal Services with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including Board and Shareholder Resolutions, Annual General Minutes, Loan Agreements, Share Sale and Purchase Agreements, Power of Attorney documents and Subscription Agreements, for Cyprus and offshore companies. An academic background relating to Law, Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess approximately 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Administrator, with strong knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English, with knowledge of the Greek language considered a plus. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Ongoing administration and management of Cyprus companies and/or other jurisdictions.
  • Preparation, drafting and review of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, Powers of Attorneys, Registers, letters) and agreements.
  • Collecting and processing KYC documentation.
  • Opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts on behalf of clients as needed.
  • Record keeping and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with external lawyers, and auditors.
  • Arranging execution, notarizations, apostille and certification of documents.
  • Provide support on daily corporate administrative matters.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or another relevant field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of proven work experience in Corporate Administration is a must.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Knowledge of Greek is desirable, at least to a basic level.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Any knowledge or attendance to any recent AML Seminars will be considered an advantage.
