CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Advisory and Fiduciary Services Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will work as part of an established team tasked with handling the daily administrative tasks of Cyprus based and offshore companues. Any academic background relating to Business Administration, Law or another relevant field is desirable, and you will need to possess approximately 1+ year of previous professional experience in Corporate Administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are essential. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration package, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Support and handling of daily administration of Cyprus and foreign corporations (incl. holding, finance, trading and management companies) as well as Trusts and Foundations, incl. Compliance.
  • Assisting of liquidation of Cyprus and foreign companies as well as Trusts and Foundations.
  • Support of daily administration of companies.
  • Assist in drafting the documents for Incorporation of companies.
  • Drafting and filing of Forms/documents with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Assisting with AML aspect in Bank reviews.
  • Preparation of documents, incl. technically specific correspondence.
  • Digital filing, taking care of and management of client and structure data.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of proven work experience in Corporate Administration is a must.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and committed
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
