Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ongoing
administration / management of Cyprus companies and/or other
jurisdictions.
- Preparation
and review of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, Powers of
Attorneys, Registers, letters) and agreements.
- Collecting and processing KYC
documentation and information with regards to the companies of the group
and various related directors and officers are updated and properly kept
in file.
- Opening
and maintaining corporate bank accounts and /or brokerage accounts.
- Record
keeping and administrative duties.
- Liaising
with external lawyers, and auditors.
- Arranging execution,
notarizations, apostille and certification of documents.
- Provide support to the legal
department and generally the group on daily corporate administrative
matters.
Key
Skills/Experience:
- University
degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Finance, or any
other related field.
- 1+
years of solid working experience in corporate administration.
- Excellent
knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and writing.
- Excellent
interpersonal communication and time management skills.
- Professional,
well organised, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent
level of MS office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
- Knowledge
of documents and applications submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
changes in corporate structures of Companies.
