Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily construction activities carried out by the contractor and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor quality of workmanship (structure, finishes, waterproofing, and MEP coordination).
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and incomplete works and report them to management.
• Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
• Coordinate between contractor, consultants, and the developer’s team.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Verify readiness of works prior to inspections and concrete pours.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports (progress, manpower, materials, issues).
• Assist in verification of completed works for interim payment certificates.
• Support snagging, handover inspections, and defect-liability follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with Cyprus health & safety regulations.
• Report unsafe practices or site risks.
• Ensure proper site organization and housekeeping.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or similar.
• Approximately 7+ years proven experience in construction site supervision in Cyprus.
• Experience in residential and/or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete and structural works, and architectural details and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus construction standards and practices.
• Strong on-site presence and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional, firm, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Greek and English is preferable.
• Valid driving license.
• Basic computer skills (email, reporting, site photos).
