Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, construction phases, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring all project milestones are met and sequencing between trades is properly coordinated.
• Thoroughly review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans to ensure full understanding of project requirements.
• Ensure that all construction works are executed strictly according to the approved drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.
• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule and design specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and service providers to ensure proper workflow and sequencing of construction activities.
• Coordinate the ordering and delivery of construction materials according to the project schedule.
• Source suppliers, compare offers, and negotiate pricing and delivery conditions to ensure cost efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact between the company, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress, technical issues, and site conditions.
• Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high construction quality and adherence to plans.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, material records, and site instructions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supervising building construction projects.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and execute architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and construction trades.
• Experience managing construction materials procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus construction regulations and industry practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management or construction planning tools.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
